This page explains what Ludlow & Locke collects when you reserve Mill No. 1 on ludlowandlocke.com, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Your email address, and your first name if you give it.
- The color and size you reserve, and your answer to the optional question about what you want in a golf polo.
- How you found us: the page that sent you here and any campaign tags in the link (for example, which ad you tapped).
- Your country, worked out from your connection. We do not store your IP address.
- The date and time you reserved.
We take no payment, and we collect no card details.
Why we collect it
- To hold your color and size for the first run.
- To email you about Mill No. 1, including when it is ready to order.
- To design and test the shirt around what you tell us.
- To see which of our ads and posts bring people here, so we spend less on the ones that don't.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. Your reservation is stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this site and its database. When we start emailing reservations, we will use an email provider to send those messages. These companies process your information only to provide their service to us.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising cookies today. If we add advertising measurement tools, such as the Meta Pixel, we will update this page before we do. Your browser's Do Not Track setting is not currently acted on, because the site does not track you across other websites.
How long we keep it
We keep your reservation until Mill No. 1 ships and your order question is settled, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Email hello@ludlowandlocke.com from the address you reserved with and we will act on it within 30 days. Every email we send will include a way to stop receiving them.
Children
This site is not meant for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If the change affects how we use information you already gave us, we will email you first.
